Field Notes. the qualitative video diary platform, has partnered with DoReveal, an AI-powered analysis platform built by researchers, to enhance the depth and accuracy of qualitative insight generation while keeping researchers firmly in control of interpretation.
The integration connects Field Notes’ strengths in capturing rich, multi-format qualitative data across diaries and video-based research with DoReveal’s focus on rigorous, researcher-led analysis designed to preserve context, nuance and analytical transparency.
DoReveal is built by researchers for researchers, designed to support—not replace—the analyst by helping teams structure, interrogate and explore qualitative data while maintaining full control over interpretation and insight development.
Dave Kaye, co-founder of Field Notes, commented: “We’re delighted to be integrating with DoReveal. From our first introduction through shared contacts in the US, it was clear there was a strong fit between our two businesses. By combining our expertise in capturing authentic, lived experiences with DoReveal’s rigorous approach to analysis, we can offer researchers a more seamless and effective workflow.“
Alok Jain, co-founder of DoReveal added: “From the first conversation with Dave and the Field Notes team, it was clear we shared a strong focus on delivering customer value. Field Notes excels at capturing rich, authentic data, and we are equally focused on ensuring that data is analysed with depth.“
The integration reflects a growing need in qualitative research for connected tools that preserve rigour while improving speed and usability across the end-to-end workflow.
