The Festival of Customer Delight is an online festival organised by Field Notes, in partnership with
Outrageous Insight.
In a fast-paced and no-fluff format, each speaker takes the stage for just 3 minutes sharing their top tips and tactics to decode customers and prospects.
The first edition of the Festival of Customer Delight, which took place in October 2023, was a real success with 15 fantastic speakers from the world of market research, and more than 250 registered attendees - and we can’t wait to do it again in summer 2024.
